Lead Ecommerce Product Designer (UX/UI) – Remote – Up to £85,000

We are partnering with a design led ecommerce agency known for delivering best in class digital experiences for ambitious retail brands. Their work sits at the intersection of craft, performance and commercial impact.

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with exceptional taste, judgement and execution, someone who can turn complexity into clarity and design experiences that are not only beautiful, but measurably high performing.

Your role will involve:

* End-to-end ownership of high value ecommerce journeys

* Designing best in class:

* Product detail pages (PDPs)

* Category/listing experiences (PLPs)

* Checkout and conversion flows

* Applying rigorous thinking to simplify complex problems and improve outcomes

* Creating pixel perfect, high fidelity UI and scalable systems in Figma

* Leading conceptual thinking and pitch work, shaping ideas at the earliest stage

* Partnering closely with engineering to ensure design integrity in build

* Driving continuous optimisation through insight, experimentation and iteration

What we are looking for:

* A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and clarity of thinking

* Proven ability to design ecommerce experiences that convert

* Strong point of view on what makes great product design

* Comfortable operating with ambiguity, autonomy and accountability

* Able to move seamlessly between strategy, UX and UI execution

* Deep expertise in Figma — systems, prototyping, and detail

* Someone who consistently raises the bar and challenges briefs
