Audio-Visual Support Specialist

Location: West London (On-site, 5 days/week)
Contract: 12-Month FTC
Day rate: £188 – £225/day

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on AV & IT Support Specialist (~65% AV, ~35% IT) to manage 15-20 meeting rooms across our clients main hubs and support live corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

AV Systems: Install, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Room Kits, Logitech, Jabra PanaCast, and Poly hardware.

Live Events: Run live audio/visual setups-including multi-mic mixing, multi-camera configuration, cabling, and Dante audio balancing.

IT Support: Provide core IT desktop, hardware, and network support for everyday user issues.

Regional Travel: Occasional Travel to ~8 other sites for event support and retrofits.

Requirements:

Deep hands-on experience with Cisco, Logitech, Jabra, and Poly video conferencing systems.

Practical event tech skills (mixers, microphones, Dante/Ethernet routing, live cameras).

Solid foundation in general corporate IT desktop support.
