Service Desk Analyst
I am working with a Kent based company who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work as part of their internal team. The role will be to act as first point of contact for IT issues across the company. The role will involve support of desktops, patops, mobile phones and tablets, printers, scanner etc as well as license renewals, making sure they are placed within a good timeframe.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience of working within a service desk role.
Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server and Office
Any ITIL or SDI training/certifications a real advantage
Knowledge of supporting hardware and software, including installation and configuration
Experience of support mobile devices
