1st Line Service Desk Analyst – Bournemouth – £100/day – 3 month contract
Windows / Active Directory / Helpdesk Support
A leading organisation in Bournemouth require a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy technical support desk, providing remote 1st line IT support for the company.
The position will involve taking support and logging support calls, providing fixes where possible, and assigning to the 2nd line team where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will be technically minded with some prior IT support experience – preferably working on a Help Desk / Service Desk. You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident talking to both technical and non-technical end-users on the phone.
The majority of the tickets will be around Windows based support, and experience with Active Directory would be beneficial.
