Exciting Contract Opportunity as a Service Desk Analyst! 🌟

Hybrid working – 3 days in Belfast and 2 days remote

Are you an experienced Support Analyst with a passion for delivering top-notch service? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Service Desk Analyst. With their dedication to excellence and a global presence, our client is a leader in the financial industry. This is a contract role, but with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive daily rate of £150 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

🔍 About the Role:

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our client's trading and investment banking floors worldwide. Your responsibilities will include taking 40+ calls per day, resolving desktop issues remotely, and ensuring efficient incident management. You'll also have the chance to contribute to changes across the desktop environment and infrastructure.

💼 Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-year helpdesk experience and be familiar with MS Office and WIN 10. A good understanding of TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS networks is also essential. Additionally, you'll need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, be organised, and adapt well to a dynamic work environment.

👥 Your Team and Working Environment:

You'll be part of a dedicated team of Service Desk support analysts. The team supports over 19,000 users globally, with a vast number of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Our client follows a 24×7 coverage model, ensuring seamless service. Hybrid working is available, providing you with flexibility and work-life balance.

⏰ Contract Details:

– End Date: 2025-06-23

– Daily Rate: £150 (inside IR35 via umbrella)
