Role: Java Developer

Location: Manchester (Central – Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Applause IT is looking for a Java Developer to join an established team for a Manchester-based SaaS company. Our client works within TV advertising optimisation, offering an online platform to global clients to get up and running with TV marketing campaigns. From objective-driven research and planning tools to unrivalled measurement capabilities, our client has everything you need to research, implement, and optimise brand-new TV campaigns.

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Java Developer to play a vital hands-on role as a team member, to be a strong contributor to technological advances and greenfield applications, and to pitch in new ideas to the wider business.

The successful Java Developer should have…

2+ years commercial Java development experience.
A strong academic background (Degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent).
Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
Full stack development experience (Java and JavaScript).

Experience managing multiple projects at once.
Experience delivering bespoke SaaS solutions.
Commercial experience using React.
