Job Title: Software Developer (DV Cleared)

Location: Central London 

Contract Duration: Long Term Contract (24m)

Day Rate: £600 – £700 per day (Inside IR35)

Security Clearance: Active and Transferable Developed Vetting (DV)

Nationality Requirement: Sole British Nationals only

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support a long-term, secure government project. You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying high-assurance software systems. The work is varied, fast-paced, and requires close collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver secure and scalable software solutions.
Work in collaboration with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Operate within an Agile delivery environment, using modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure all software developed adheres to secure development principles.

Essential Skills and Experience

Strong experience in RESTful API design and development.
Proficiency in the Spring Framework.
Solid understanding of data modelling.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
Understanding of secure software engineering principles.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects of national importance within a secure environment. The work will be based on-site in Central London, and due to the clearance level required
