Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as an IT Technician to be based in Bristol?

Main Duties of the Role

* Provide telephone and remote support at desktop and server level.

* Visiting client sites to resolve problems and install new equipment.

* Managing support tickets through to completion.

* Manage server installations and migration.

* Record and maintain technical records and documentation.

* Proactively maintain client systems and responding to monitoring alerts.

Your Skills and Experience

* Experience within a similar position, preferably with MSP experience

* Full driving licence essential

* Excellent communication skills

* Solid troubleshooting skills

* Experience of Windows 10/11, Windows Server (Apply online only)

* Experiencing of configuring Firewalls, switches, wireless access points

* Migrating/installing servers

* Troubleshooting server hardware issues

Salary

* £27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
