The successful IT Technical Lead This role is dedicated to supporting the growth strategy and supporting the continued development of the IT infrastructure in the UK.

The role will involve:

Ensuring IT systems are available in line with our customer SLA
Supporting business operations by providing efficient and effective IT services and systems, including maintenance of systems and responding to incidents
Ensuring IT projects are delivered on time and to the agreed specification
Supporting the implementation of new services and working closely with a wider distributed team and third party support services.

To be successful in this role of IT Technical Lead we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11
Experience with Microsoft Intune
Experiences of working with Office 365 suite
Administering Microsoft Active Directory
Experiences of working with VDI technology
Experience working with VPN solutions
