IT Support Technician
Peterborough
Salary up to £28,000

CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a rapidly growing business within the Peterborough area. This is a fully office based role, with fantastic progression opportunites. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the IT Support Technician, you'll join a fantastic organisation where you’ll support their staff by keeping their computer systems, software, and hardware running smoothly.

YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE: 

Quickly resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Install, update, and configure software.
Fix hardware issues and manage repairs.
Troubleshoot network issues.
Help manage user access and security.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware
Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware) preferred
