Job Description

An IT Support Technician will join a thriving High-Tech Company to provide all their Windows 11 users with 1st and 2nd Line support to keep the fast-paced organization running smoothly.
With relevant IT Certification, you’ll possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of working within an IT Support role; will have excellent people skills, good problem solving abilities as well as familiarity with ITIL principles.
The successful IT Support Technician will troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware, software and infrastructure issues; taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution.
The IT Support Technician will ideally bring:
* A level or higher in Computing / IT or relevant experience.
* IT Certification such as those from Microsoft, CompTIA or Cisco.
* Proven experience of 1st and 2nd Line Support across Windows 11.
* Experience with Linux based systems.
* Experience of the set up and configuration of laptops, desktops and Android mobile devices.
* Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications.
* Familiarity with Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Experience of managing and maintaining backup solutions.
