IT Support Technician – Peterborough – GBP £27,000 (5 days onsite)

My client is one of the UK's foremost software houses and is in the midst of company growth! They are seeking a competent IT Support Technician to join their team. This position presents a wonderful chance to join a great company and team with plenty of growth potential.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services for desktops, systems and software.

Provide 1st and elements of 2nd Line support to both internal & external users
Windows management & troubleshooting experience
Basic Networking troubleshooting – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Office 365, Active Directory
Excellent communication skills and team player
