IT Support Technician Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support, handling helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting issues

Assist with the rollout of new hardware and software

Deliver end-user IT training and support

Support the Head of IT with development projects, including management/administration of in-house software and databases

Evaluate and test new hardware and software products before implementation

IT Support Technician Requirements:

IT qualification at A-Level or equivalent (BTEC Level 3 Diploma in IT, Computing, or Technical Support; BTEC HND/HNC Diploma in IT or Computing)

Experience with Microsoft and Windows software

Knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality IT support to end-users

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in an IT Support role, preferably in the legal sector (desirable)

Ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and maintain accuracy

Methodical approach to identifying and troubleshooting problems

Keen aptitude and interest in IT
