Do you have 2 years’ experience in IT?

Do you know the MSP market and want to work with a market leader?

My client is a UK market leader in their field and due to company expansion, they are seeking to recruit a new IT Support Technician to join their team. They are looking for an individual who is hungry to learn, has a passion for technology and an analytical mind.

Key Responsibilities:

* Technical assistance, such as proactive monitoring, problem-solving, and security operations.

* Assistance with customer projects, including remote and on-site assistance for new installs and deployments.

* Finishing up planned updates and maintenance.

* Overseeing and assisting with internal systems.

* Cooperating closely with the first-line support team to address customer concerns when they become more serious.

* Manage third-party suppliers.

About you:

* Previous experience in an IT Infrastructure Support role, ideally within a MSP environment.

* Customer service-focused and able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.

* Strong communication skills, and ability to communicate technical information at all levels.

* Motivated, positive attitude and comfortable working in a team or alone.

* Good work ethic and a flexible approach to working hours due to the demanding business environment.
