IT Support Engineer {MSP}

Stourbridge

£35,000 – £45,000 + Progression + Training + Overtime + Car

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer has a chance to provide effective IT support by dealing with client tickets at a fast pace as well as being a team player who professionally conducts themselves, is process driven, and has good attention to detail.

The Ideal IT Support Engineer will have a strong interest in IT as well as being a confident individual who will be able to communicate well with clients as well as colleagues.

The Role:

Resolve incoming problems efficiently and effectively
Identify re-occurring problems and deliver a lasting solution
Traveling to client site and installing software
Rotating shifts weekly (week 1: 8:00 – 4:40, week 2: 9:00 – 5:30)
The Person:

A keen interest in IT
The ability to take control of situations and produce solutions
Good communication skills
