IT Support Engineer (AV Industry)

Hemel Hempstead – Hybrid (50% remote)

£35,000 – £40,000 + Private Medical + Dental Cover + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Do you want to join an IT Support Engineer leading global provider in projection and display technology as part of their support team whilst also working on a variety of projects from migrations to cyber security?

The ideal candidate will be an IT Support Engineer that wants to join a growing team that is commutable to Hemel Hempstead.

The Role

70% supporting end users dealing with 1st and 2nd line tickets
Escalating issues to the Senior Engineer when required
30% project work – migrations, cyber security etc.
Microsoft 365 administration tasksThe Person

Experience within 1st/2nd line role or similar
Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID
Experience with M365 services
Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
