IT Support Engineer
Job Description
As the IT Support Engineer you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the worlds, this will have you involved in the provision of Web Hosting services across EMEA.
Hybrid working- 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.
Key accountability's:
Providing technical guidance and support to the on-line managers, marketers, promotion manager and web-apps productive people.
Web/WAS software installation, configuration & change management.
Release/Update program and build process to production and troubleshoot-out.
Managing the websites information and generating periodic reports.Skills & experience:
Web hosting experience.
Cloud certifications and Public Cloud hands-on experience.
Security administration.Additional details:
As there may be possible Emergency call outs, a full driving license and own car will be essential.
37.5 hour work that can be worked flexibly within 7am – 7pm.
