Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Leeds, United Kingdom
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
PLUS Vendor Certifications / Qualifications, Private Pension, Vitality Healthcare, Social Events.
Are you looking to upskill quickly with a dedicated training and certification programme?
We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a successful Managed Service Provider in Leeds. With over 15 years of organic growth, they have built a strong reputation for technical expertise and reliability.
You will solve tickets at a 2nd line level and will be given opportunities to assist project work on client sites.
As they are a Microsoft Partner you will be given opportunities to study for exams which are all paid for. Moreover, your salary will increase with each exam you pass.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Managed Services ideal
• Active Directory / Azure
• Experience with Windows Servers
• Office 365
• VMware / Hyper V
• Network Troubleshooting
