Job Description

We are looking for someone with at least one year of first-line IT support experience. You should enjoy working with people, be team-focused, well-presented, articulate, and able to communicate at all levels. You thrive on challenges and quickly pick up new technologies. Working at our busy support desk will provide excellent on-the-spot learning opportunities, helping you to enhance your skills rapidly.

Basic Job Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, or in-person for IT-related issues.
Google Workspace (Desirable) however, skills in Office 365 are also suitable.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Assist with software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
Set up user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
Document support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Pursue required Microsoft Certifications.

Qualifications and Skills
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Proven experience in a similar technical support role.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Desirable)
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
