We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking technology organisation.

What will you be doing?

* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

* Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID environments.

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving problems efficiently and escalating when needed.

* Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows (desirable).

* Assist colleagues with IT tools, providing guidance, training, and clear documentation.

* Monitor and maintain devices to ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met.

* Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and enhance the end-user experience.

What experience do you need?

* Hands-on experience providing IT support in a workplace environment.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID.

* Familiarity with ITIL.

* Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Desirable

* Exposure to automation, AI-powered tools, or monitoring platforms.

* Experience with PowerShell and/or Power Automate.
