IT Support Engineer

Contract role – Inside IR35

The role is onsite 5 days per week in their Cheshire office

£250 to 300 p/day

An opportunity has become available to join a technology organisation as an IT Support Engineer on an initial 1 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Document and track issues using our ticketing system. Requirements:

Proven experience in a 2nd and 3rd line support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
