IT Support Analyst ( Level 1 / 2)
Gloucestershire – Must have driving license
Up to £30,000 DOE
 
Code Red Associates is working with a client of ours who are seeking to add a IT Support Analyst to their team. The IT Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd line support to all stakeholders within the business as well as internal staff.
 
Main duties:

Work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues within the IT Services team to support the development of the IT Services.
Support the IT Services team colleagues with peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and training.
Participate in annual performance reviews with the IT Network and Support Manager.
Under direction of the IT Network and Support Manager and Senior IT Analyst, organise and monitor own workloads to meet organisational needs.
Ensure the prioritisation of own workloads is implemented efficiently and effectively.
Support practices for continuous development across the IT Services. 
Skills:

Administer the trust’s management information systems.
Administer the trust’s public cloud architecture, systems, applications and security.
Administer the trust’s on-premise network infrastructure, systems, services and hardware.
Administer the trust’s VOIP, CCTV, building management and print management systems.
Administer the trust’s safeguarding and content filtering solutions.
M365 SaaS applications
Entra ID (AAD) and Intune MDM
Hyper-V
Windows Server
Networking technologies and implementations (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switches, etc)
Hardware support and configuration
Remote assistance tools
