IT Support Analyst
1ST/2ND LINE IT SUPPORT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
My client, an international management consultancy that work across a range of industries, are looking for an IT Support Analyst who has proven experience providing first and second line IT support.
You will successfully deliver support via phone, email and in person with a professional, warm and friendly manner.
End user support (both 1st & 2nd line), both in person and remote to London and New York offices.
Ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Take ownership of issues and any escalation ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up to prevent recurrence.
Ensure appropriate tracking and management of non-standard requests.
Where appropriate, ensure support and maintenance provided by 3rd party suppliers and contractors is delivered within agreed service levels.
Administration of Information and IT security policies and systems
Ensuring the implementation of best practice and compliance with internal procedures, routines and protocols including information security and regulatory requirements.
Helping office users with any Information Technology or AV equipment queries
Provide ‘first line’ IT support for all AV equipment in both offices e.g. zoom meetings, printing queries, voting pads, photocopier management and AV queries.
Administration of service requests including joiners/leavers
Prepare all necessary equipment and carry out relevant administrative tasks for all new joiners and leavers to the firm
Managing some aspects of our Intranet
Liaising with 3rd party vendors for support and escalations
Essential skills and experience:
Proven experience within a 1st/2nd Line Support role
Hardware / Software support
Production tools e.g., O365 / SharePoint
Escalations to 3rd parties or other resolver groups as required
Enthusiastic, flexible and positive
Ability to build relationships across all levels
High attention to detail
Desirable skills and experience:
Knowledge of MDM tools e.g., Intune/AirWatch
Zoom / Zoom Room (support/configuration)
Cloud IAAS e.g., Azure
SIEM (or equivalent)
Knowledge of MacOS
