Key Responsibilities:

* Provide application support and troubleshoot hardware issues

* Deliver on-site technical support

* Answer calls, log issues and resolve them, escalating when necessary

* Mentor service desk analysts and serve as a point of escalation for them

Technical Skills Required:

* Proficiency with Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, and iManage

* Experience with hardware such as desktops, laptops, and phones

* 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
