IT Support Technician

Location: London (on-site)

Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our growing internal technology team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, setting up equipment, and making sure everything runs smoothly across a busy, fast-paced office environment.

You will play a key role in keeping our people connected, from supporting desk moves and installations to building new machines and resolving day-to-day IT issues through our ticketing system.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their IT career who wants to learn, grow, and build a strong technical foundation in a supportive and professional setting.

What You’ll Do

* Provide first-line IT support across the business, managing requests through the internal ticketing system.

* Set up and configure laptops, PCs, and mobile devices for new and existing users.

* Support regular desk moves, hardware installations, and equipment upgrades.

* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

* Ensure all IT assets are properly documented, labelled, and maintained.

* Assist with system updates, patching, and IT improvement projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

* Some experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical services (professional or academic).

* Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Office 365.

* Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi setup, etc.).

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
