Role: IT Manager
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000

My client is a global leader in health services, backed by a robust regulatory framework and advanced solutions. They are well-established with over 60 years of service in London with a track record of providing first-class services to their patients.

The Role:

I am partnered with them to recruit for an IT Manager for their West London hub. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will manage secure and efficient IT services, support healthcare teams, and contribute to technology integration, operational processes, and clinic development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day IT services to ensure system reliability and security.
Collaborate with departments to improve workflows using technology.
Support and lead development projects and strategic initiatives.Skills and Requirements:

5+ years' experience and/or qualifications in:
IT Team Management
Microsoft and Cisco technologies, networking, Office applications, Sophos/Mimecast.
Proficiency in Windows, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Experience in delivering client-focused IT support with a security-first approach.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, methodical, and able to perform under pressure.
