IT Manager – Edinburgh Based (Hybrid) – £90,000- £110,000 p/a + other benefits!

With operations spanning globally, our client is seeking an exceptional Information Technology Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role: Based in a Edinburgh (Hybrid Working Model), this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in our client's European and African operations. Reporting to the Group IT Director in the USA, you'll spearhead IT initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with evolving business needs. This will ideally suit a Software Development Manager that is currently working within a Global organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead a talented technical team, driving the delivery of top-notch IT services and infrastructure.

Efficiency: Ensure IT services are efficient, reliable, accessible, secure, and cost-effective.

Customer Focus: Measure and deliver exceptional customer service while championing continuous process improvement.

Risk Management: Develop and manage IT business continuity, risk management, and cyber security arrangements.

Solution Development: Oversee the internal and external development of solutions, catering to diverse business units with varying needs.

Requirements:

Educated to degree level or possessing an equivalent professional IT qualification.

Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing teams and IT functions.

Expertise in the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of in-house software applications.

Strong grasp of on-premise and hosted environments, ensuring optimal architecture, availability, and security.
