Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, budget, and security. You will lead a team, manage projects, ensure compliance, and address IT risks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning: Develop IT strategies and recommend technology solutions.

* Team Leadership: Manage IT staff, oversee recruitment, training, and performance.

* Infrastructure Management: Ensure IT systems' stability, security, and efficiency.

* Cyber Security: Implement measures to protect data and systems from threats.

* Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.

* Vendor Management: Manage external vendors and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

* Proven IT management experience.

* Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.

* Experience in project management and cyber security.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
