IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure solutions for clients.
Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Implement and manage cloud-based solutions and services.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of network protocols, systems, and infrastructure.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and customer service abilities.
