Ready to make a splash this summer? We're on the hunt for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our client's team for a 6-month contract. As a pivotal member of their follow-the-sun help desk, you'll ensure seamless support for users across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With rotating shifts and occasional on-call duties, you'll be the lifeline for their users, delivering top-tier assistance..
Main Responsibilities As Helpdesk Engineer:
* Answer and log support calls
* Monitor support queues and respond promptly, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs
* Maintain impeccable ticket standards, ensuring swift resolution of incidents
* Take ownership of issues, seeing them through to resolution while adhering to SLAs and KPIs
* Collaborate closely with third-party vendors to tackle escalated issues head-on
* Assist the Helpdesk Manager with other tasks and projects as needed
Experience – Essential as Helpdesk Technician:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced help desk environment (1+ years)
* Experience handling VIP users
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar helpdesk management systems
Desirable Qualifications for the Helpdesk:
* Passion for customer service
* Willingness to learn and adapt
