IT Graduate – Chelmsford

£24-25,000 per annum + permanent benefits

Chelmsford – 5X a week on-site

What You'll Do:

Provide first-line technical support to colleagues and clients
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with system installations, updates, and maintenance
Escalate complex issues to senior team members where required
