Job Title: IT Engineer
Location: Blackburn (BB1)
Work Structure: In Office
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE

Our client, experts in all things legal! Are rapidly expanding and are looking for an IT Engineer to come on board and look after their in-house IT Systems and support users remotely and face-to-face.

Day-to-day:

Effectively manage your own workload looking after the internal IT systems and supporting office users with any IT issues.
Including but not limited to: backup management, data inputting, software deployments, mobile management, basic networking support, permissions, configurations, documentation (and more!)
Provide a high level of IT Support to users internally
Support colleagues across the groups server & network infrastructure
To ensure the business systems, comms platforms, servers and network infrastructure are all operating smoothly across the company
Ensure all procedural documentation is kept up to date for all systemsThe ideal candidate will have experience with:

Backup management
Active Directory / Group Policies
Phone systems
Office 365 & applications
Anti-virus / security
Remote Desktop Solutions
Support of CRM/ERP systems
MDM Technologies
Coding experience is highly desiredBenefits:
