A growing ambitious Norfolk based company are looking to recruit an IT Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for providing both on-site and remote technical support, as well as providing your ideas and expertise in order to develop the in-house systems.
The company are about to implement a new finance system, and other projects you will be involved with include cloud migrations and development of O365 features and integrations.
Candidate Details & Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced in IT administration & support, as well as be comfortable in post providing system training and coaching when needed.
You will have a passion for understanding how businesses use their software systems, and developing/creating ideas of how the company can better operate and improve their systems.
You will be a motivated, natural problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Provide onsite support, maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring the team can learn from you.
Log all service tickets received via telephone, email and client portal and handle accordingly throughout the stages of the ticket to resolution.
To maintain appropriate documentation in our documentation system
Work in accordance with company values, policies, procedures and standards.
To identify trends in recurring incidents/problems and automate fixes to help reduce time spent on reactive ticketsEssential Skills
Communication / coaching skills
Experience with 1st/2nd line support
Experienced Implementing software/systems
