The Aldermore Group's CTO division aims to support and help build the business, providing excellence in IT Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, Information Security, Operations and Development.
As an Integration Developer you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining the ESB infrastructure, artifacts and objects, documentation, unit testing and providing guidance to other team members and business users. We have excitedly moved over on to Mulesoft recently which has generated some interesting pieces of work.

When the time is right, we would love to welcome you to our Reading office, In the meantime you will be based remotely. You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Digital Platform Manager and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.
What would your day look like?
The daily activities for this position include the design, development, documentation and debugging of ESB services.
Develop responsive web applications in line with changing business needs
Create quality, manageable, high performing code
Participate in cross functional workshops, working with the business, design and product to identify proportional technology solutions to address the business needs
Communicate complex technical issues in a simple way
Always look for the simplest solution to a business / customer problem
What do we expect of you?
Previous Development experience utilising C# and ideally Mulesoft however Java is also applicable
Experience with API's
Ideally you will have experience within a regulated organisation
Proven track record for creating greenfield enterprise level websites
Experience of refactoring and optimization of code for performance, maintainability and extensibility
Expertise in TDD and CI/CD techniquesWhat can you expect of us?
