Infrastructure Engineer – Full Time Onsite

We are looking for someone with experience of Windows Server and Network Administration, covering DNS, DHCP, AD Admin, HP and Cisco Switch configuration and support as well as VMware to join an onsite team who are tasked with the continued support, troubleshooting and maintenance of their on-prem infrastructure, providing user support and liaising with third party suppliers.  As part of the team you will be expected to perform backups, provide support to users, manage the IT inventory to ensure any necessary equipment is available as well as any other tasks that fall within the teams remit. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

Background in 3d line support but happy to work at basic level supporting users. 

Knowledge of Windows Administration, VMware and Veeam backup

Knowledge of networks including HP and Cisco Switches, firewalls, ideally Fortinet.

Knowledge of Linux administration as well as SQL.  

Knowledge of working within a project environment, with any physical project delivery experience a real positive. 

Any experience of ERP Systems, SAGE or SAP would be highly advantageous
