Job Description
Be part of our Client's in-house team providing first-line support for users.
Provide front-line technical support to users, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities
Log, diagnose, and resolve IT issues and service requests
Support desktops, laptops, software, and basic network issues
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
Maintain accurate tickets and user communication
Follow IT processes and service standards
