Head of IT

We are currently searching for a Head of IT to support and enable this multi-site and international business to be supported by an evolving and robust IT infrastructure for around 400 users.

Main Duties

Develop a clear and robust IT Strategy
Project Management including resourcing, financial reporting, scheduling and implementation
Negotiate contracts & budgetary Control
Ensure System Stability & Performance
Managing the IT support team (UK & overseas)Experience required:

A background working in a company with high volume production or manufacturing of some kind is essential
Several years experience at a senior level leading an IT function; likely to currently be Head of IT with users of 400+ across multiple sites
Strategic management experience and able to operate at senior management team level within a corporate enterprise
Demonstrable experience of instigating, managing and delivering programmes or projects both inside the IT department and throughout operations.
Excellent working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, Exchange, Terminal Server/Citrix, NavPackage:

Salary to £90K
