The role of Full Stack Developer will entail: 

Integration of new and existing systems with internal and external services
Front and back-end development of in-house software, systems, and processes
Suggesting, researching, planning, and executing solutions to enhance the business operations
Working as part of a team to manage internal and external requirements (this will include all company websites)  For the Full Stack Developer role, ESSENTIAL skills are:

Laravel and Vue.js framework experience
PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Javascript experience
Experience with WordPress and the use of third-party APIs
Understanding of SQL database technology and caching technology
Experience in researching external solutions and their suitability with the ability to present and implement change
Experience of developing front-end user interfaces
Ability to work effectively under pressure in an ever-changing market to deadlines
Strong, problem-solving skills
Ability to work to standards and processes but also confident in making evidence-based suggestions
The ability to communicate effectively, confidently, and technically with internal and external stakeholders  For the Full Stack Developer role, DESIRABLE skills are: 

Understanding of Paas, cloud-based and dedicated hosting technologies
Experience with eCommerce websites and the management of
Experience within an online retail environment
Internal company projects experience
Knowledge of mobile application development
