Field Engineer

Location: Field-Based – mainly covering the South East
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

We’re hiring on behalf of a Service Provider seeking a Field Engineer to support network, cabling, and EPOS installations across various sites. This is a hands-on, mobile role ideal for someone with technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Duties:

* Install and support network and EPOS equipment on-site

* Pull, terminate, and test structured cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fibre)

* Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and EPOS faults

* Maintain accurate site documentation and reports

* Work across commercial/retail environments with occasional travel

Requirements:

* Experience with network cabling and field installations

* Understanding of networking basics (IP, DHCP, switches)

* EPOS support or installation experience

* Full UK driving licence
