Deployment Lead required to join global organisation as they go through a complex ERP implementation (IFS)

Role:

Plan and drive deployment execution across local and international sites, ensuring end-to-end readiness (process, data, training, cutover, hypercare) and consistent adoption of the template at hand.

Skills & Experience:

* Extensive ERP deployment/rollout leadership, ideally with IFS.
* Multi-country rollout and cutover leadership track record.
* Strong programme controls: planning, RAID, dependency management.
* Change and stakeholder management; confident with senior leaders and site teams.
