Lynx Recruitment is currently working with a Consulting organisation, looking to recruit an experienced Delivery Manager.
This Consultancy combines its focus on helping companies with Business Change & transformation and a focus on Future technology/AI so the projects & Programmes you will be working on are very attractive and exciting.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
* Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including team members and external partners.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
* Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor project budgets, approve and track expenses, and report on financial status to stakeholders.
* Proactively manage project schedules, identifying and addressing deviations to keep projects on track.
* Handle change management by evaluating and accommodating changes in project scope and requirements.
* Resolve project issues and roadblocks efficiently, keeping the project moving forward.
* Evaluate team and project performance and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
* Maintain project documentation, status reports, and records.
* Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Applicants must be degree-educated within an IT or Business-related field
