Location: Fully remote (occasional client visits)

Overview
We are looking for a versatile D365 CE Functional Consultant who can wear multiple hats and grow with a rapidly scaling Microsoft Partner. You will work across Sales, Customer Service and Power Platform, supporting clients end-to-end and helping shape the future of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver functional consulting across D365 CE Sales and core CRM
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable CE solutions
• Configure D365 CE entities, forms, views, dashboards and processes
• Build and optimise Power Automate flows
• Support workshops, documentation, testing and user training
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customisations
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure strong stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to continuous improvement and internal capability growth
Skills and Experience Required
• Strong functional experience with D365 CE, especially Sales
• Hands on Power Automate experience (must have)
• Ability to work across multiple areas and adapt to changing priorities
• Confident working directly with clients and leading workshops
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced or growing environments is a bonus
