Due to the nature of the project, we would highly encourage Kuwait Nationals with the experience required for the role to apply. This is NOT a Sales or Account Management role, the position is providing technical product support, continued integration and training on our product to our customer.
You will be required to pass Governmental Security Clearance and full back-ground checks to be successful in this role.
Role Overview – Customer Systems Adoption Manager
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and talented bilingual (English & Arabic) professional with a background in system-type product training or product management to join our team as a Customer Systems Adoption Manager. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise on our proprietary system, enabling youto deliver frontline, continuous operational support to our valued customer.
As our Customer Systems Adoption Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through system setup and utilisation, ensuring they maximise the benefits of their SRT system. Your responsibilities will include providing troubleshooting support and offering valuable insights back to our product development teams by understanding customer usage patterns and future needs, you will contribute to ongoing system enhancements, fostering a seamless user experience.
This position is ideal for a forward-thinking individual capable of comprehending complex product functionalities and thinking creatively to support and coach our customer effectively. You will work closely and continuously across various organisational levels, embodying a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Ideal candidates will have experience in IT Product Management or IT Technical Training for complex computer applications, which would be highly beneficial in this role.
Responsibilities – Customer Systems Adoption Manager (not exhaustive):
Collaborate closely with clients to tailor system parameters, configurations and workflows to align with all strategic objectives and desired outcomes
Analyse clients' operational workflows and challenges to recommend and implement optimised system adjustments that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with clients to facilitate the seamless integration of their organisational processes within our platform, fostering comprehensive operational alignment
Deliver frontline proactive user support and training to ensure clients can maximise system utilisation and achieve operational excellence
Serve as a conduit for continuous improvement by providing actionable insights and recommendations on product enhancements and new features to our product management and development teams
Conduct regular review sessions with clients to evaluate system performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for ongoing optimisation
Maintain comprehensive documentation of client configurations, workflows, and support activities to ensure accurate records and facilitate future troubleshooting and updates
Requirements – Customer Systems Adoption Manager
Essential: Kuwait National, bilingual in English & Arabic
Essential: Degree in IT with a qualification in Training, ideally from within the IT field
Desirable: worked on behalf of a business delivering IT support to external customers within civil defence
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Quick learner with the ability to understand new concepts and products rapidly
Experience in Product / System Management, or Training within complex computer applications or IT technology within maritime environments
Professional, discreet, and customer-focused demeanor
Demonstrated curiosity with excellent problem-solving skills
