Customer Success Support | Up to £25k | Huddersfield / Hybrid
 
We have a great opportunity for an ambitious customer-focused individual to develop their skills and career within a successful EdTech business, working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Role / Responsibilities:

Provide onboarding support to new customers
Provide technical support to existing customers
Assist with customer queries via phone, email and live chat
Assist with daily troubleshooting / support tickets 
Skills / Requirements:

Great customer service skills
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Experience of Excel, or some data management eg. Inventories, tables
Passionate about customer journey/engagement
Tech-savy 
This role could be suitable for someone at entry level looking to kickstart their career in customer success, or someone with previous experience working within a customer success or a SaaS/EdTech environment.
 
Package:

Basic salary up to £25k DOE
Hybrid / flexible working model
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
