Role Transformation Manager
Salary £60,000 – £70,000 + Package
Location Hampshire
Environment Data Centre

The Company

Design & Build Engineering specialists, leading the way with pioneering Facilities Management. This client is seeking a Transformation Manager to act as Business Analysis across the Data Centre environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for aligning technical specifications of critical software development programmes / implementing niche software. Playing a key role in maturing the businesses processes, whilst bettering the businesses functionality and performance as a whole.

Skills & Experience

* Create effective transformation stratégies, new processus / technologies

* Drive change that aligns with the software systems capabilities and objectives

* Support project teams during analysis and planning stages of software development / implementation

* Develop documentation of strategies, processes and procedures

* Conducting research, and analysis, of developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.

* Collaborate with stakeholders

Desirable

* ITL, Foundation V3 or V4

* Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, I.T, or related field

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software development
