Business Transformation Manager

Salary circa: £65k – £70k per annum + benefits (depending on relevant experience)

Location: Twickenham

Remarkable Jobs are working with a Global organisation who due to substantial growth and recent acquisition are seeking to attract experienced Business Transformation Manager who has significant exposure to transformational change within IT/Technology departments across multiple sites.

This role would be perfect for an ambitious, organised Change / Programme Professional who is looking to progress their career with an established, forward thinking company in this BRAND-NEW POSITION. 
This is a full time, permanent position.  Interviews will be taking place via skype asap.
This role is based in Twickenham, although due to significant growth and potential further acquisition, future travel within the UK.

Business Transformation Manager role will include:

A hands-on approach to Change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required by projects and programmes based in the UK.
Integrate change management activities into project and programme plans: creating and owning actionable deliverables from concept to delivery, driving best practice adoption and ongoing benefits realisation
Identify, support, and engage with key stakeholders and senior leaders
Alongside the wider global team, identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and track and manage risks during the change programme
Planning and implementing training programmes to prepare employees for the transformation that is being introduced ensuring employee readiness
Carry out evaluation of new integration sites immediately post-acquisition, identifying and anticipating process changes, risks and cultural shifts
Define and measure success metrics including benefits realisation post change implementation
Track and report issues, taking pro-active tactics to resolve directly or escalate
Identify and implement activities to ensure continuous improvement in change management across the wider IT project portfolio
Business Transformation Manage skills will include:

This role will suit someone who is a ‘people’ person who can build relationships internally and remotely, whilst having an operational approach – Strong leadership, influencing and relationship-management skills are critical

Relevant Degree education or Qualification
A strategic leader and thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, able to develop short and long-term plans to execute strategic priorities,
Minimum of 5 years ‘proven’ transformational change projects within technology/IT department (organising, prioritising, planning, executing, and embedding)
A true self-starter who is able to influence and negotiate resistance at all levels
A jargon buster – Be able to articulate tech language at all levels
Hands on technical exposure to include: IMS, Hris, Erp’s, DNS, LAN, Cloud technologies, Storage technologies etc…
Broad business acumen and strategic acumen
Experienced with stakeholder/management influencing and negotiation.
Have great judgement; when to escalate and what to resolve on your own.
