Your role:

As Business Analyst in DWP you will work across the product delivery lifecycle as we build, maintain and transform services used by millions of people.

You'll lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups and to effectively understand business problems and user needs.

You know how to collaborate and build strong relationships. You'll work with Product Owners on epics, features & stories for each sprint, as well as with other technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a BA we want you to define solutions that deliver value, and balance business needs with technical capabilities.

What you'll need to be successful

Significant experience of working as Business Analyst.
Using a wide range of tools and techniques to identify improvements and make recommendations.
Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.

You'll join us in either our Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield digital hubs.

Pay for this role is up to £43,347 per annum.
