This well-established, successful, award-winning company based just outside of Norwich are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing team. The business works with variety of clients in various industries, with projects ranging from ecommerce solutions, through to bespoke business management systems, API integrations and IoT.
Setting up and supporting computer Networks
Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (XP, Vista, Win7/8/10, 2003, 2008, 2012)
Installing PCs/ upgrading software
Administration of IP phone systems (via web based interface)
Supporting customer applications (training provided)
Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
Support for Mac's remotely and on-site. Start: Immediate
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Salary: £18,000 – £23,000
