This is a crucial role for delivering our client’s transformational change. The purpose of this role is to utilise continuous improvement methodologies to, identify and support improvements to processes, working collaboratively to motivate and engage with people and teams going through change across the business.
It has the following main responsibilities;
Process and re-engineer existing processes, with teams to ensure measurable improvements, that provide excellent customer service and value for money.
Ensure that system modules are configured so that the service area, organisation and their customers gain maximum benefit and efficiency.
Conduct regular requirement reviews with business leads and proactively develop and modify systems to meet the needs of the business and drive efficiencies.
What they need
For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
GCSE or equivalent qualification at grade C or above
Proven track record of change management and continuous improvement
Experience and knowledge Microsoft products
Ability to enthuse and excite people about continuous improvement and change.
Skilled communicator with exceptional soft skills including the ability to speak about both technical and business concerns.
