Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you will be required to provide analysis and support specifically related to transformation projects. You will work in an Agile environment with the responsibility to identify, capture and analyse user needs to drive deliverables, support stakeholder management activities and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. On top of this youll support functional specification and user story creation, as well as delivery against the roadmap to meet transformation project objectives.

Its preferred if you already hold, or are prepared to undergo, National Security Vetting (NSV) enhanced Security Check (SC) level.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
When you join us, we'll work together with you to identify where we can best utilise your existing experience, while providing the training necessary to fulfil current and future roles. We dont expect everyone to have all of the skills below, but youre the type of person who has the ability to get there quickly:

Experience working as a Business Analyst and a solid understanding of Agile principles)

Experience in requirements gathering/documentation

JIRA and Data Migration experience

Solid problem-solving and analysis skills

Experience in running workshops and stakeholder meetings.
