Role: Business Analyst
Start: ASAP
Location: Liverpool (hybrid working – 1 day per week on site)
Salary: TBC

Over the last 2 years my client has initiated a large change programme that covers process, people and technology to support natural growth however this role focusses on growth through acquisitions.

Role:
Thorough understanding of business change processes and transformation
Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, assessing changes and capturing, analysing, mapping and documenting requirements
Participating in testing (functionality and user acceptance)
Support Project Manager with RAID logs and taking up PM responsibilities when needed to cover workload for holidays etc

The ideal candidate:
5 years BA experience
Stakeholder influencing skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent business change and readiness knowledge
Comfortable working in a Waterfall environment
