Are you an experienced AV Specialist with significant experience using, implementing Microsoft Teams?
In this newly made Audio Visual Specialist role, you will be working for a London based law firm, specialising in meeting room and conferencing technologies, taking a lead on projects, building out 17 new Meeting rooms working closely with the firms Infrastructure Team and mentioing the firms AV analyst.
You will be delivering support for the AV functions and meeting room technologies whilst helping train users on how to use VC software/hardware.
Key duties:
* Provide professional, high-quality, expertise and support to employees for all AV and meeting room equipment
* Assist in connecting external events and conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Skype, and others.
* Conduct preventative maintenance and develop regular checklists to ensure the smooth operation of meeting and conference platforms.
* Provide onsite support for new room device commissioning
Personal skills:
* 5+ years’ experience in an AV Support role within a law firm or similar professional services
* Self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
* Motivated and enthusiastic
5 days onsite due to the nature of the role.
